Spinoza’s Ethics, Chapter 1

Below (the link to the pdf) is a diagram of how the propositions in chapter 1 are derived from each other and from the axioms and definitions according to Spinoza. I have also included abbreviated versions of those propositions in a first-order-logic-like language, which may make it a handy reference guide if you are interested in how Spinoza’s arguments hang together, and what difference altering or dropping a proposition would have on the rest of the system. Note: you will need to zoom in significantly if you want to read anything.
